The Anthropology Graduate Program is a 36-hour, two-year long Masters of Art thesis program
All Students will take six hours of common core courses in theory and qualitative research and then select one of the three specializations: cultural anthropology, environmental anthropology, or bioarcheaology. Students in all three concentrations will take six hours of thesis research credit (695).

6 hours of Foreign Language
3 hours of additional Foreign Language or Research Skills or Statistics

3 hours of EITHER Applied or Urban Anthropology
Up to 9 hours of electives, of which 6 hours may be from outside Anthropology

3 hours of Quantitative Methods or Research Skills or Statistics
