Cultural Anthropology

The Cultural Anthropology Concentration within the M.A. in Anthropology provides solid grounding in theory and qualitative methods, and beyond that students will focus in one of two areas:  environment or identity studies. Foreign language proficiency is required.

~ Bioarchaeology

~ Cultural Anthropology

~ Environmental Anthropology

Cultural Anthropology Concentration
6 hours in the area of Environment or Identity
3 additional Cultural Anthropology hours
Up to 6 hours may be from courses from outside Anthropology
6 hours of a Foreign Language
3 hours of additional Foreign Language or Research Skills or Statistics
Total of 36 credit hours
