Many exciting things are happening in the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures at NC State.  Number one among them is an opportunity for the Department and the College of Humanities and Social to be leaders in international initiatives for the campus and surrounding community.  We now have Study Abroad Programs in France, Mexico, Peru, Spain, Austria, China, Japan, and India; scholarship support for study abroad; and televised and web-based distance-learning courses in Spanish, French, Hindi, and English as a Second Language.  Last year, the Department won the Provost’s Departmental Award for Teaching and Learning Excellence. You, along with the faculty and students in the Department, continue in the essential work of advancing international awareness and global understanding.

We are pleased to announce a new opportunity for you to become a partner with the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures – The FLL Alumni Circle.
