Graduation Requirements

CHASS

The Bachelor of Arts degree program requires 122 credit hours for the LAS, SCR, ANY, APY, and ABY options and 121 credit hours for the LTS, Social Studies Teacher Education Option. In addition, D's are not accepted in courses taken to satisfy the four credits required in ENG 101. In the LAS, SCR and LTS curricula, a minimum 2.0 GPA in all major courses with SOC designation is required. In the ANY/APY/ABY curriculum, a minimum 2.0 GPA in all major courses with ANT designations is required.
 
CALS

The Bachelor of Science degree program requires 122 semester hours for the ASA and ACR options. These include basic preparation in mathematics, physical sciences, humanities and social sciences. The major is 30 semester hours; an internship or field placement is required as part of the program of study. Each program of study includes free electives so you can explore additional interests.
