 I have had numerous book and media reviews published in the last 10 years in Choice. They focused on cultural anthropology, anthropology and gender, African ethnography, African urbanization and African women.

After my administrative duties end, I would like to resume considering research issues concerning African families in urban settings, specifically extended family relations in West Africa.

! A possible area of interest is domestic violence in urban African families on which I have already collected some data.
